Luxury Private Apartments Terms and Conditions

When reserving any of our properties, whether directly with us or through an online travel agent, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions during your stay:



  • Full payment is processed 7 days prior to your arrival.
  • Free cancellation is available up until 1 day prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs after 12 pm the day before your arrival, a fee equivalent to the first night's stay will be charged.
  • The minimum age for reservation and check-in at our apartments is 18 years.
  • We require your credit card details to be held prior to and during your stay for security purposes. If no card is provided or if the card declines, we may request a refundable room deposit for security.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment; additional fees may apply for violation.
  • Pets are not permitted in the apartment; additional fees may apply for violation.
  • Parties or events are not allowed in the apartment; additional fees may apply for violation.
  • Minimal noise must be maintained after 10:00 PM.
  • Any damage to apartment property may result in a replacement fee.
  • A replacement fee for lock and keys may apply in case of key loss.
  • Additional cleaning fees may apply; please leave the apartment in a respectful condition.
  • The number of guests must match the booking details. Please inform us if you intend to add more guests; additional fees may apply.
  • In case the fire alarm is activated and rescue services are summoned to the apartment, a fee of $1200 AUD will be charged to the guest (in accordance with council charges).
